We do not guarantee the success of any campaign, nor do we endorse or verify any content or claims made by users.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

1.  Provide accurate, current, and complete information
2.  Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
3.  Be fully responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Campaigns and Contributions

4.1 Campaign Owner Responsibilities

1.  Provide truthful and transparent campaign information
2.  Use funds solely for the stated purpose of the campaign
3.  Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Backer Acknowledgements

1.  Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
2.  We do not guarantee the delivery of rewards, products, or services
3.  Backers contribute at their own risk

5. Fees and Payments

Cryptofunder may charge service fees for campaigns or contributions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, Coingate, PayPal, etc.). We are not responsible for payment processor issues.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1.  Use the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes
2.  Post harmful, hateful, or misleading content
3.  Violate intellectual property rights
4.  Harass, threaten, or abuse others
5.  Circumvent platform security or fee systems

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, software, and design — is the property of Cryptofunder or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use our brand, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without written permission.

Campaign content remains the property of the campaign creator, but by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on our platform and in marketing materials.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a harmful way toward the platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time, but any data retention or refund policies are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

 The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

 Campaigns will be successful

 Contributions will be used as promised

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptofunder and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

 Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

 Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or reputation

 Issues arising from campaign misuse or contributor decisions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid in fees to us (if any) in the last 12 months.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised policy on the Website. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.
